2 hours to receive my delivery

I'm so disappointed with the service i have just received from Chicken Licken Rosebank, I ordered lunch with Andile @ 12H25. He was rude from the get go, there was noise on his side and he kept shouting @ me for not being able to hear me. He was so disrespectful, but because i had a graving for chicken licken i had no choice but to order. Its 13H52 and i just received my food, is this the amount of time we are suppose to wait because eating, my lunch hour is over now and i cant eat my food. I'm so disappointed, I called them, and Joseph said he was the manager and heard about what happened and doesnt see why i needed to call back because Andile had already gone to deliver my food, how can a manager speak to me like that. He only said sorry when i told him i was going to complain on Hello Peter. Someone please do something about this, before you loose some customers...
