1. Careless Service and Wrong Order at Chicken Licken Westgate

Chicken Licken Westgate Mall – Completely Unacceptable Service

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today at Chicken Licken Westgate Mall. I ordered a 9-piece Chicken Inn – the normal (non-hot) one because neither I nor my kids eat hot food.

I left my house in the rain, used my time, petrol, and effort to get to the mall, only to come home to something we cannot eat.

When I got home, my husband took one piece and immediately asked why I had bought the hot one. That’s when I realised the order was completely wrong.

What frustrates me even more is the line on the receipt saying the product must be returned “in its original state.” How am I supposed to know it’s hot without smelling or tasting it first? Must I open every piece before leaving the store?

The store wasn’t even busy, so there is no excuse for such a careless mistake. It shows a clear lack of care, especially considering that most of the customers who buy there are black, and it feels like the staff don’t take us seriously.

I was wet from the rain, frustrated, and now stuck with food my family cannot eat. This is unacceptable.

I expect Chicken Licken Westgate to take responsibility and provide a proper resolution.
