Chicken Appalling & Disgusting Licken

Good Day.

I went to Chicken Licken and decided to buy via Drive Thru and I ordered My wings and after the purchase I remembered that I also wanted the Soul fire sauce and decided to walk in not to inconvenience the drive thru Cashier.

When I got inside greeted the Cashier and with Energy and smile. Asked for 4 soul fire sachets and as soon as I took out the funds to pay the lady assisting rolled her eyes from there closed his eyes with so much annoyance and It was so evident and I decided to let it slide and ignore her.

As I decided to ignore her She took the money and Sighed so Loudly and that is when I decided to ask what the matter was She rep**** and said “I don’t have Change so I’m trying to think please”

I then rep**** and said to Her then you could have kindly advised that you don’t have change and not give me the attitude , She then rep**** and if I don’t have Change I don’t have Change at the back of my Mind I’m thinking that as a Consumer I shouldn’t be inconvenienced to an extend we’re I get to receive Bad Client Service.

She then continued to roll her eyes again for the second time that is when I decided to take her name from the name Tag She was wearing and then I kindly told her that She should appreciate Her Job as She prayed for the Job and got a job now that She has a Job She does not even care about the very same people that She to serve and go an extra Mile for Them and Her response was very disrespectful I quote She Said “Ungangi Jwayeli Kabi Wena Sis Nxiiiiiii!!!!”

As I thought I’ve seen and heard it all wow! I have never seen such a disrespectful individual even worse at a workplace and not even mindful of other customers there.

I just told myself that arguing with Her ain’t going to help me and she stood there looking at me and I even had to ask for the sauce that I bought as She was not even bothered to give it to me after the purchase.

What an appalling, disgusting and disgraceful service I received from Phindile Ngwenya.
