Tshepisong chicken licken

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent meal I purchased from your establishment. Upon inspecting the food, I discovered an unknown object that I am unable to identify as either hair or wool. This was highly unappealing, and I was left with no choice but to discard the entire meal.

I am deeply unhappy with this experience, as I expect higher quality and safety standards from Chicken Licken. Please look into this matter and advise on how you intend to resolve it.
