What I got looked tired, tasted stale, and honestly felt like it had already lived a full life before reaching my box. The buns were dry, the patties tasted off, and the overall experience screamed, “We stopped caring a long time ago.”

For a major brand, this level of quality is embarrassing. Food shouldn’t taste like regret. If this is what passes as acceptable here, then someone seriously needs to wake up in that kitchen. Do better, because this was unacceptable on every level.
