Unhappy customer😡
I go to BK parkdene branch around 18:11:53 to order order 2 whopper deal for R145, 2 bk crunch for R110, all along the guy assisted us confirmed that my order is all in the bag, I trust all is in order that is why I didn't check, unfortunately when I arrive home the bag my order is in complete and the burger inside is only 3 which is 1 whopper and 2 crunch. I tried to log a complain in their site but just keep on ringing and my airtime is used up.. I can say they are not really doing their job properly while there is not too much people when I do my ordering.. So frustrating😡😡😡

Rotten Chicken with maggots
I found maggots inside the meat I bought. I contacted the store for assistance but they were rude and kept on giving me wrong WhatsApp numbers for me to present my evidence. I decided to go to the shop and they said they can't help me. They called Fidelity Security on me and they pepper sprayed me for talking for my money. Police finally came to resolve the issue but they didn't help, they said I should open a case which they know very well I won't get help. I didn't get my refund and they took the chicken I presented to them as faulty. The manager is Zimbabwean and very rude. When I posted some pictures on my WhatsApp, many of my friends complained about the very same shop saying they also found rotten chicken from them. Some saying they place orders online but never receive them. Please help me🙏🏾🥹

Chicken licken off food
2 minutes ago New Its the 2nd time ordering off food from this chicken licken at Parkdene Boulevard Boksburg , the wings today 24/02/2026 was off it smelt and tasted off, the manager is an arrogant rude person who tells me I am lying but refuses to taste or even just smell it , she gives me other wings also which was off but again refused to smell it and tells me I'll never know when chicken is off , eventually I told her keep her wings and my money I will just take it further and then she runs after me when I said that to refund , but overall it's a horrible chicken licken and they food is pathetic
