Best Customer Service Ever.

I went to buy hot wing snack at Chicken Licken Newcastle Corner, Corner Allen Street, Memel Rd on Wednesday 01/04/2026. The wings were not ready as yet. The lady who was assisting me asked if I was using the taxi, and off course I was using the taxi. She asked me if she can change my order and give me something that was available at the time.

She changed my order without a hustle. I like her sense of urgency. She clearly understands her job. She deserves a bellllssssss.

If I remember her name correctly, she said she is Ntombi. She is short, light skinned, bubbly lady. Keep up the good work girl....
