Meat was off and old.

I went to Chicken licken Golden Walk mall in Germiston on the 23/09/2025 and bought a rock my soul6 meal and my order number was no (1083) and the receipt was taken at the restaurant after I was given the order, I went back home with my order and it was already late in the afternoon when I was about to eat that's when I realized that the meat I was given wasn't fresh as it was off as in it was a meat that was prepared a day before because it was too dry, burnt and not even fresh, that was when I took a picture of it just so I can log a call with them and when I got a response the following day I was advised I was supposed to return the meat to the store with the receipt even though I advised the person I was talking to that they took the slip and I send the picture to the consultant and was still told they are unable to assist without the package I was reporting and the receipt I got when buying even when I told the consultant the order number I was given upon buying the meal.
