Bad customer experience continuesly

Very very bad service at Chicken Licken eyethu mall, the 1st time was the stuff laughing when you complain and the lady called zodwa who is very rude to customers without any fear of being in front of their supervisor, I know I’m not the only one as this is continuously I even stopped coming to Chicken Licken till today when I decided to come but yet again I received bad customer experience, you could swear my meat was eaten before and when I complained I was given a small piece along with attitude.. please Chicken Licken do better or open a Chicken Licken around orange farm we are tired of this pathetic service
