The employees at chicken licken croydon are the worse, they make people so uncomfortable especially when you're eating in. They'll stare at you to make you uncomfortable and talk loud, laugh loud and the food, the chicken is so dry and they make you wait for eternity to get your food

Disappointed with Croydon Chicken Licken Service
Dear All, I am a very disappointed & not happy customer with Chicken Licken Croydon On the 6th of Feb 2026 we went to Chicken Licken Croydon with my child to buy her chicken , we asked for 3 Pcs with chips but without chillies as it was for my child. Unfortunately, they gave my child wrong order with chillies and we left. When we were halfway my child started to eat, when she took a bite on first piece she tasted that they was chillies and we made a u turn to get the proper order. When we got to Chicken Licken we asked for the Manager on duty, they called her by the name of Nokulunga – Refer to attached written in pen, she agreed that they made a mistake and they will only exchange 2 pcs but the piece which was bitten they cant exchange because it was bitten already. I asked how was she going to feel/taste that there is chillies without eating meat and what was my child going to do with that chillies bitten piece ? the said mybe through it away because their law say you can not exchange for correct after taken a bite. Then I said to this lady she must take/keep that wrong order with 2 pcs/Chips & Bitten Piece, I took out another R75 and bought my child another 3 pcs/Chips without chillies and left…. Please advise what to do as I feel I was ****** my money, and Chicken Licken / Consumer Council procedure is not followed at this take away.

Disappointed with Croydon Chicken Licken Service

Wrong Order cant be exchanged for correct one
I bought 3 Pcs & Chips without chillis for my child and they gave my child meat with chillies. When we drove away my child took a bite she find that it was wrong order with chillies and we drove back. When we got we told the manager on duty about their mistake. She said 1 pc which was bitten they cant take it back, they can only exchange 2 pcs which where nothing bitten. I asked how was my child was going to feel that it was wrong order had chillies and what are going to do with there wrong bitten pc she said through it away but we are only exchanging 2 clean pc Then i told her to take back that 3 wrong order , i paid for another correct one without chillies and left Please help
