I am angry and disappointed

I ordered food around past 8 today 23 Aug 2025 Went outside to check the delivery guy, Richard is his name on uber when it said 1 minute away Before I know it the driver pressed delivered but I did not receive my food , he was no where outside my building I tried call him he did not answer And tried calling the shop no answer still

I did not receive my food worth R217 And I am not getting any help 😥😥😥😥 uber App is not helpful in any way Their rating feature doesn’t allow me to type and lay my complaint
