False advertising & Poor service is not on Chickaritos Banbury

hi Guys

don't ever and I repeat do not ever buy anything from Chickaritos @ Banbury crossing.

1. The service is so poor that staff can even explain the menu to you. 2. What they advertise v.s What you get in reality is 2 different things so that definitely false advertising. 3. I just wish I could upload the photos of what they call a steak roll. 4. They promised to refund me last night however this morning they said I must pay 70 and then they will give me 2 sandwiches and mind you I already paid R100.00 for Rolls, which means I must pay R170. how is that a refund?
