Chick Cosmetics not refunding money for faulty beauty fridge

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY! I purchase a beauty fridge in May 2021 from them. The firdge price R1950...the fridge arrived and was faulty. I sent it back, only to be told almost a month later that they have send me a new fridge. I infomed them that I am mo longer in the country and can't accept the fridge and why have I not been informed that the fridge was indeed faulty. Almost another month past with no response to my emails, I eventually got hold of the owner and her email and mailed her, within less than 24 hours the service desk responded that they will refund my money...this was on the 4 August 2021, I have not received my money back nor any furhter communication from them. They are not responding to my emails and they don't have a contact number!
