Rude husband and wrong closure

Hi I bought hair from chichi beauty salon in February and they gave me the wrong closure . I wrote her on WhatsApp and the husband answered , he told me to bring back the hair when I get time. I never got time around those days due to work. So today 5/4/20 I made an order again for another weave the conversation was okay until I ask if are they still going to be able to change the closure , the husband jus started shouting at me and even ask to which account should he return the deposit I Jud made for you hair.
