I traded a vehicle with chicane auto more than a year ago. They never did the transfer of ownership. I had to pay the outstanding licence fee as well as penalties adding up to R961. I'm struggling now to get refunded by chicane auto. The guy there that i talk to is riccardo, he smacked the phone in my ear and don't reply to my mails anymore. I have all correspondence as proof.
