Rude

I've never experienced such rude behavior from not only the bouncer but the manager as well! We were denied entrance(embarrassed and screamed at) at the door because the bouncer apparently couldn't read or just refused to check our credentials properly after requesting to speak to the manager, which eventually showed up only to have a private conversation with the bouncer and then leave without even looking at us I insisted he check our id's again because he was mistaken we were rudely told to go in no apology whatsoever! I don't think my abcence will make a difference but I will never visit Chicago's again such a shame! It used to be such a nice place. Looking at the reviews I really hope they take a good hard look.
