Pathetic Service ..****

Customer service from ChicMe is non existent. They claim items will be shipped within 3-7 days. Our order was placed on 30th November with specific instructions to be delivered before Christmas. The parcel has been stuck in Yanwen China with Buffalo Logistics (another useless supplier) since 6 December with no movement and no one is willing or wanting to assist. Quite frankly it will be a Christmas miracle if we ever receive the order. Stay Away!! Chic Me Order number is ***
