Career **********! CHICby Eve

I made an online purchase from a store called CHICby Eve . After seeing their Instagram page . I chose for the items that I ordered to be express delivered and paid R400 extra for that service . The items that I ordered did not arrive in the stipulated timeframe. Actually - it never arrived ! I contacted the owner via email over a dozen times with no response . Finally they respond basically saying that I need to wait for my items . They are unable to tell me where it is , if it exists , when I will receive it or if I will ever receive it . They then stopped responding to my emails . I called the number On the payment confirmation and it says that the number does not exist . They refuse to give me my items and they refuse to give me a refund , they refuse to give me any proper answer

Customer service is pathetic . Turn around time appalling . Basically , I think these guys are a **** / career **********. I’m in the process of tracking down their correct details and opening ******** chargers against the owner for theft . Please do not make the mistake of purchasing from them .
