BEWARE of CHIC BOUTI’QUE (****MER)

I purchased 3 pairs of shoes from Chic Bouti’que on the 17th of June 2025. I was told it would take 5 – 7 business days. On day five I followed up and was told she is waiting for one pair of shoes. After numerous messages and Chic Bouti’que sending contradicting messages on the 10th of July 2025 my parcel was couriered to me (17 business days later). I received my parcel on the Monday, 14 July 2025 and Chic Bouti’que only sent me one pair of shoes. When I raised this with Chic Bouti’que I was told she is still awaiting for the other shoes despite her telling me she had them from the onset. She has promised to refund me but 4 days have lapsed and no refund is forthcoming.

Chic Bouti’que is a sole proprietary owned by Monique who says she stays in Witbank which is a lie as the parcel was sent from Springs. When I started to post negative comment on her Facebook posts she deleted them and that is when I noticed various posts states there are comments but nothing to see, I have also been subsequently blocked. She has two Facebook pages.

This is purely a post to warn other prospective customers against her business practices.
