He was supposed to do cupboards for me but stole my payment!

This guy Tapiwa (Peter) is a ***** and *****s deposits!!! He came to my house and drew some pictures on paper and asked me to pay him a substantial deposit and took the money. He has no intention of providing you a service when taking the money and keeps asking for more. He is also giving an incorrect address. I've had to report this to the police. BE VERY CAREFUL!!!
