Failure to pay my deposit

I was a Tenant with these people from August 2014 till October 2015. Premises being let were 23 Venn Street, Block 7 Nelspruit. Upon moving out at these premises, I with Paulina (their agent) did an exit inspection, she cornfirmed that the flat is at the same condition as i took occupation meaning that there is nothing to be fixed, we both signed the exit document. She stated that i will get my deposit immidiately after Seven (7) days of new occupants having moved in. <br> <br> Weeks passed then i contacted CHI Properties and spoke with Tessa, who came with every excuse of me not getting my Deposit, till today. I contacted the Estate Agent Board and to my suprise, CHI Properties does not appear on the list of Estate Agents Registered on the Estate Agent Affairs Board of South Africa list only if they are NOW trading on a diffrent name.<br> <br> I believe these people cannot be trusted and they are conducting a scheme. This morning Tessa's phone is off. Paulina is not picking up the phone. i am reporting this matter to Specialised Commercial Crimes Unit, Rental Tribunal and Estate Agents Affairs Board of South Africa. I want my deposit.
