Yesterday I went to buy cleaning products at this company called CHI industries and then after I bought my product this guy walks in from what I know he works there for this company he offered me a helping hand to carry my stuff that I had bought rounded of 600 and as a tip I gave this guy an amount of 10 as me and my husband were still talking to this girl that works there the guy was already out with my sfuff I did notpanic or anything because from what I know the guy works for this company, then few minutes later I got to my taxi rank the guy is no where to be found with my stuff that I had bought, then I went back told the lady that works there that the guys is no where to be found can they check on his whereabouts then the girl tells me the guy is a parasite and he no more works for this company then I started to panic asking the girl how can they do that why would they allow someone who don't work there to help the customers and why would they let him in the premises since they know he's a parasites then she said I must speak to here manager she can't do anything, I spoke to the manager he did not help no assist me bt instead he said I must go lay a charge on this guy, and I did as requested the saps was not helpful at all I guess my situation was not taken serious they had told me they don't know what to right in my statement

I'm really no happy how the Saps service

I'm not happy on the approach the owner of the CHI industries handled my situation

I did not choose to be ****** from what I know the guys was working for the company

Now I'm told after I got ****** he don't work there
