Horrible host and false advertising

So this weekend decided to go to Jeffery's bay to just get away we booked into a place called Chi chi beach house just to arrive to see they put us in a tiny room at the back when the advert and pictures all show otherwise. The advert shows it on beach with a beautiful braai area and a jaccuzi... But this is another place apparently yet this what the advert said and showed . I spoke to the host and she was rude and put phone down and was Not willing to even speak to me. I did the booking via air bnb, im just hoping they do something about this so she doesn't **** other people. Never the less we left and never stayed there even though we paid. Since the complaint she has now changed pictures online. Please be aware.
