Chez Girard Cuisine - UNPROFESSIONAL OWNER

This restaurant is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING with ZERO PROFESSIONALISM and INTEGRITY. I made a Valentine's reservation 2 weeks in advance to ensure I had a reserved space for my wife and I - my bbooking was confirmed. The Frenchman running the restaurant attempted to call me twice on the night before my reservation at 20h00. I missed the call and when I tried calling 3 times the next day to confirm my booking (between 12h00 and 13h00), no one answered. Eventually he answered at 15h00 and said he already re-allocated my booking because he couldn't get hold of me. He started arguing with me on the phone saying that 20h00 is his business hours so if I missed his call, that's not his problem. He said there's nothing he can do because he's running his business to make a profit, so obviously Client service means nothing to him. There was no SMS confirmation or anything to confirm my booking. My wife has to suffer on this special occassion because this selfish man only cares about churning out profits and filling his pockets. I can't believe how he has such high reviews with such a selfish attitude and mentality. PATHETIC!!!
