Aggressive, bad mouthed CHEVY BOYS ****

So I went to purchase a clutch kit for my Chev Aveo. The stocky cheeky guy with th ebaseball cap (I think they called him Ashwin but I could be wrong), arrogantly said that he has a set for me for R1850.00 and that the NEW PRICE is R4000.00. I honestly believed him and I did not even negotiate because of this while he was aggresive to other foreign nationals at the closed gate and he would not negotiate with them as well. He then sent some guy to the contaciner and out came 3 rusted parts but they insisted that they are correct and in good condition.. Well only the clutch plate had chev avio written on it so the pressure plate and rusted release bearing could be from any car. I mentioned the bad condition but I was assured it is fine (how stupid of me). I also had the R4000.00 NEW PRICE in mind. I went home with my junk and I went to Masterparts and anpther brake and clutch supply specialist and their prices for BRAND NEW was R1700.00 amd R24000.00 respectively. I went back to Chevy Boys for a refund and the same arrogant guy with the baseball cap said he would f$ck me up as I am standing on his property and he said he will not refund me...I wanted to punch him, really, but yes he is double my size and he knew that. if only my huge kick boxing son was there....So I also only got a simple receipt written by a guy in the yard...NO VAT RECEIPT OF VAT INVOICE and certainly no sign of a notice about returns etc...so these guys are low down ****** who also only employ foreign nationals which I sadly feel like reporting...I want to ask the police to come with me to get my money back and they can have their junk...To say they have MILLIONS OF CLIENTS is a load of *******. Do they know what MILLIONS MEANS...yea, please do not go near them...and the place is a real mess...and if you want NEW ITEMS they will simply go and buy them and put about a 50% markup on. For my bonnet they have a second hand one and I have to pay R4500.00.. Can you believe it. This guy has NO IDEA about pricing but his aggressive stature makes you think that he gives a good price and you MUST TAKE IT.... I really am not happy with his aggresive attitude ONCE WE HAVE PAID and he knows he sells junk...
