UTILITY THING!!!

Purchased a Chevy Utility 1.4 2015 model. Wheel bearings had to be replaced on 26 000km on 3rd ser of front tyres!!! Silencer box seeems pulled open On.my 3rd set of keys. Why do i get told "oh its a utility thing" on any problems observed and reported It is still a brand new vehicle!!!
