Terrible Quality Work!

My husband took his Chev Utility in for its service . He paid and they said everything is fine then his car refused to go into reverse as he drove out of Chev. Then he took it back and told them no its not right . That was last year november. Then he took it in again at its 60 000 service this year, after 3000 the car started losing power and it would shake because of stopping And going . I find this inexcusable.
