SHOCKING Service Chevrolet SA !!!

My 2014 Chevrolet Utility is standing at Boland Motors Robertson for an week. Apparently they are waiting for an software program from Chevrolet South Africa to rectify the problems on the vehicles. The deadline dates is getting extended week by week, and now I am sitting without an vehicle and it seems whether its going to take another week to rectify the problems. Many customers are experiencing the same problems. Up till today after reporting the problem to Customer Care a week ago, NOBODY from Chevrolet SA phoned me to apologise... I will be thinking twice before I purchase a vehicle in the future from Chevrolet SA. Will someone from Chevrolet SA phone me???
