No feedback on Utility safety query

Sent the query below to GM customer care on the 24th of October. Immediately received a automated response (SRNO:489 ********** 231881:[EXTERNAL] ) and NOTHING since then. Firstly don't send an automated response if you are going to forget about it afterwards. Secondly, this information should be documented in other words not difficult to provide.

Good Morning,

My son is one year old and I drive a 2012 Chev Utility 1.8 Sport (with driver and passenger airbags).

According to the dealership my passenger airbag cannot be deactivated however, I will need to regularly pick up my son from daycare next year.

Is it safe for him to travel with me in the utility in a front facing car seat on the passenger side?

Will he be at risk of injury from the airbag?

How far does the airbag extend?

Would really appreciate it if you could provide more information on the matter (e.g. test results, previous experiences).
