No customer Service

My brother drives a Chevy Utility. I called Chevrolet Randburg and the lady probably put me through to he parts department 100 time and each time it just rang and rang and rang with nobody answering. I would get put through different people and nobody answers. Then some guy takes my numbers and says he’s going to parts now and he’ll call me back right now. I am still waiting for the call.

Chevrolet Fourways after calling for 2hours there was no answers!!! All I wan is brake pads! Useless if you ask me. It’s the most frustrating thing when you trying to get help and you get nothing.
