Failed to provide good service

On Monday the 11th of January 2016 I was stranded next to a squatercamp in Germiston. My chev utility is not even 3 years old yet. It overheated. We waited until it cooled down and left for home. When we reached home (4 km further) the vehicle was fine. Wednesday morning we did not reach or place of employment as I was stranded next to the road again with the vehicle overheating. I phoned the Chevrolet Garage where we bought it in Germiston and they arranged for a breakdown to collect the vehicle and to take it to Williams Hunt in Edenvale (closest dealership to where I was stranded). They could not attend to my vehicle immediately and I was told to wait patiently until Thursday. The whole of Thursday \they did tests"and I was told \""to wait until they phone me\"". Thursday afternoon late I was told that it is the thermostat did not open and will be replaced. Friday I phoned them to find out what is going on and was told it will be ready for collection by 13:00. I collected and Monday the 18th on my way to work in Edenvale it overheated again.
