Engine knock 2015. Chevrolet utility

Please someone help me to understand. I bought chevrolet utility bakkie brand new in 2015. After major service by Car Service City in Randburg the engine knocked. General Motors tells me i need a new engine which is R70k. Motor Ombudsman is not helping as well. Where can i get help? They basically saying there's nothing they can do.
