Engine failure on a 2 year old KB 300 DTEQ Midnite edition

<p>I purchased this Vehicle brand new from CMH east rand. Not long after that there were poblems with wheel alignment and swaying of the rear of the vehicle .We also experienced a noise from the engine which was diagnosed incorrectly and Wheel bearings were replaced. The noise became progressively louder and the vehicle was returned and has been sitting at East rand CMH for 2 weeks. Last week thursday the vehicle was test driven by a GMSA representative and it was confirmed that the engine needs replacement. Since then nothing has been done. I have requested a New Engine from Japan as i dont want a remanufactured engine installed. I feel this is correct and just as it was bought brand new and there was nothing wrong with my money when i payed it. I am being thrown back and fourth between CMH east rand a d GMSA and have received no assitance and nobody at GMSA is taking reponsibility. I requested a new engine to be sourced from Japan and that the vehicle is rectified timeously . During this time we are left driving a courtesy car well below the standard of our vehicle - Chev Spark. To add the roads in my area are of a poor standard and we have been told should any damage occur we are responsible for the excess which is 17500. This has now been 10 days and still no response from GMSA.</p>
