Complications with my clutch

<p>Last year (2015) I had to replace the clutch kit on my Chevrolet Utility bakkie. What was strange was that the car had only done about 40 000 to 50 000 kilometers at the time. They had told me that it was because of my driving style that the clutch had given out so quickly. </p> <p>Even though I was doubtful because I fully knew that you do not spend too much time on the clutch I accepted that maybe there were some aspects of my style that may have caused it. Since then i had completely changed my driving style.</p> <p>They also mentioned that the clutch pedal was sitting too high and they had to adjust it. I have my suspicions that that may have caused the issue, I have no expert knowledge nor any experience working with these things so I cannot say for sure.</p> <p> </p> <p>Fast forward to today (1st December 2016) the car had problems again and i took it to the dealership in Hatfield. They had told me the same story that the clutch is done and that the pedal is too high </p> <p>Even after I had it replaced last year.</p> <p>They told me it was my driving style but I flat out refused because I know for sure this time I was more careful on the clutch</p> <p>They haven't given much options only ultimatums. They have quoted me R8000 which I'm not willing to pay.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm really fed up with them even after forgiving them about not calling me to fetch my car after the service was done , at the menlyn branch basically was left stranded because when I came to them after work they were already closed. I had to call the manager after hours to come open for me so that I could get my car. </p>
