bad customer service on unsafe vehicle

Mr. Conradie.

You contacted customer care requesting assistance and the case then escalated to the case manager which is me, the dealer principal and Senior person from GM do not contact customers, but the case manager notified them that the customer has laid a complaint. The person who is supposed to contact you from the dealership is Richard (Service Manager). As you have stating that the dealership do not know on what to do, then I will speak to Richard (SM) to request for technical assistance, so the matter may be rectified. Now we are sending emails back and forward and your vehicle is still not repaired. Kindly book in the vehicle to the dealership.

Regards,

Valentia Suselo
Professional Case Manager
Customer Care & Support Team
T ********** 214

To which I rep****:

Good day Valentia.

After e-mailing you, I have been in contact with Richard at Emond Auto. Apparently they have now another Sonic RS in their workshop with exactly the same problem. Richard has spoken to the Factory Engineer as to what to do next. As I did stated previously, it is no use sending the vehicle for repairs(wanted to make a booking for my vehicle) if they do not know what is wrong with it! Still, I am yet again going out of my way to assist, but GMSA is still missing the point here. So now you tell me what to do! In the meantime, GMSA is still letting their customers drive in unsafe vehicles until they can sometime try to resolve the problem…… Makes you wonder….

Thomas Conradie.
