Bad bad service delivery

I took my car to the westvaal polokwane dealer on Sunday the 8th of April 2018 due to a breakdown. Since then the dealer has not called us to update us about the car and what's required. I have called countless number of time but the people there are trash and trash ticket ****** consultants. I mean I am having sleepless nights about this and the dealer doesn't care at all about my frustrations and my car. It's like you have forced people yo come to work to serve you and make sure that the customer is happy and satisfied. The worst car dealer I have ever came across, and the worst part is I can't move my car to another dealer because it is the only Chevrolet dealer in polokwane and I took my car there hoping to be helped but I regret it. Anybody out there please help.
