Absolute Horrible/No Service

Never Buy from GM-SA. My Chevrolet Spark was repaired by Chevrolet 4 months ago. Payment was made and the car returned. Now 4 months later, the car has broken down in excess of 10 times with the same fault that it went in for repairs for. No-one ever gets back to you, no report is given on any repairs done/if at all. Speak to GMSA Head Office and they just give me the run around and close the case before it is opened and say you should phone back if there is any further problems. Today I have been phoning from 8:00 in the morning and it is now 15:15 in the afternoon and still no answer other than 'you have to wait'. Stranded with no car and a wife and kids to pick up still. Its no wonder GMSA has this pour of a name. What next? Motor Industry Ombudsman SA? How is this the \awesome customer service' that you have to listen to for 20 minutes at a time every time they put you on hold when you phone!!!! Absolute ******* I tell you. "
