2015 vehicle with saftey critical defects Brakes

Chevrolet South Africa help desk are supposed to assist customers that log a complaint they give you a case number and promise to call you back with feed back they don't call back ,if you phone for an update they tell you the case has been escalated its no longer their responsibility to call you back,considering the vehicle is 2015 model that has issues with brakes you would think they would show some concern, my advise don't buy Chevrolet products, The vehicle is a death trap
