Unbelievable response

Chetty's take away has lost the plot, we supported these guys for a long time, they are now giving people old rice, which was probably reheated. I unfortunately had the experience of buying a take away for my dad, the food was packed and I immediately gave him for lunch, he opened the container and got the stale smell from the rice, he ate some of the food before realizing that the rice was off... I complained to the owner on whatsapp, just for him to say it's my negligence that the rice went off, really how? My father was eating it same time.
