Bad couches and service

I had custom couches made by Tapiwa Marume from Chesterfield bespoke couches. And not only were they designed incorrectly, but the quality was awful that after a few months of usage, the couches have deteriorated already.

I was told there is a 5 year Warranty on the material and 7 year warranty on the workmanship. Now I have to constantly phone and message Tapiwa to try and get a refund and being turned from pillar to post. Endless Sad sloppy stories about Business being bad etc...not my problem.

Please do not use them. You will regret it
