Pathetic service

On the 23rd Oct i went to Chester butchery Ladysmith and the service was beyong pathetic. We stood there waiting for somebody to attend to us but none of their staff borhered to even acknowledge us.Yet there were about 8-10 staff busy cutting meat and they just continued cutting their meat and chatting amongst each other as if we weren't even there. After a few minutes,my mom asked are we gonna receive service...they all looked at us and continued with what they were doing. Only after 10-15min one person came to assist but didn't even start with us or even bothered to ask who was there first so they could start with them. Their supervisor came by checking on their side and then suddenly they started to assist us. I'm beyond frustrated by this pathetic service.
