<p> </p> <p>POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.</p> <p>I bought meat at Chester Butchery on Lencers Road on thursday 20 April 2017 by mistake I would like to believe they double charged me...took money twice on my account. When I queried this with the store manager he said I need to bring a bank statement (mind you to print a bank statement it R11) so I must pay R11 more to get my money back which they took on purpose from my account. Firstly they're aware that they double charged. Secondly, when I went to the manager I had the receipt with me as well a copy of transaction history from the bank which reflects that they doubled charged me. </p> <p>Chester Butchery</p> <p> </p>
