Being disrespected at the till point.

I went to Chester butchery in Midrand today and I got the worst experience ever I always buy my but today the lady on the till that was assisting me was very extra rude I even left the goods that I wanted to buy I was using cash and card n the lady in on the till said it's not possible I can't buy using cash and card like what kind of madness is that m really disappointed it's my first time getting this kind of treatment I evn asked to speak to the manager and the lady went to the back office than came back n said the manager told her that she must tell me to leave she is on lunch she will not attend to my complain, m so sad n disappointed because I always buy in that store n nobody has Ever treated me like m useless.
