Poor customer service

I was so disappointed with Chester Greytown today I got there at 17:29 and they were already closed for the day when I check on their websites it says they are open and will close at 17:45. I had to drive back 10 kms for nothing. So inconsiderate for a customer. Was so ****ed of poor customer service
