WORST SERVICE EVER!

I couldn't have had a worse experience than what I just had.<br> <br> After getting my order wrong, the so called manager gave me a bad attitude and still wants me to pay extra for correcting my order. A manager is supposed to handle any complaint professionally, but the manner in which he handled it was beyond unprofessional. When I asked him for his name and surname he refused to give it to me and even told me he doesn't care if I report him or not. This is my 3rd bad experience for this week with the same supplier, but different branches. They should seriously get their actions right.
