WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to this Chisa Nyama with my mom coz we felt like braaied meet. I ask this lady if what she was giving us was a quarter chicken, she gave me attitude, I asked her not to give me an attitude, she started swearing at me (I have the recordings) of COURSE I SWORE back, like why would a manager treat customers like this? She even swore at me and chased me out, on my way out she shouted the B word in front of her co-workers! I have never experienced such terrible service in my life. I am heartsore that this happened to me. She refused to give us our money back!
