Worst chesa nyama outlet

Wanted to get some take aways today at Chesa Nyama in Northgate. The music was so loud that one could hear it approaching the shop. I had to shout my order. Wanted chuck. Told me they don't have any chuck and will only get on the weekend. 4 days away. Then ordered 2 briskets and wors. Normally all meat are braaied fresh at the other branches. Here the meat is pre-cooked and just heated on the flames. It took 3 minutes to receive my order. Got home and then discovered that it wasn't even brisket but short rib. Pieces had 5 rib bones in. Meat was so tough and dried out that I couldn't even eat it. Never in my life had I ever seen such a dried out piece of wors. They also didn't even have a plastic bag to put the polystyrene container in
