WingTip ChesaNyama unprofessional #BAD SERVICE

WingTip ChesaNyama unprofessional <br> <br> Being proudly SA, you would expect that the customer service should be above standard when you enter a ChesaNyama, but I don't think Wingtip Shopping Centre, ChesaNyama got the memo, cause apparently they also didn't get the memo about the ribs special the franchise has.<br> Craving some flame grilled South African style braai meat, we all rush to ChesaNyama, but DO NOT rush to the one at the WINTIP shopping centre, they unprofessional and out of date. <br> Wanted to but the ribs special for R89 and they didn't even know about it, I had to point it out on the system for them, just to be told that it not there problem and they don't have stock which also wasn't there problem. <br> Now I can understand if you come and say that you not aware of something but you will phone someone at least to find out whats happening, or if you out of stock, is there something else that you can provide... but blatantly just say NOT YOUR PROBLEM, is rude and unprofessional... <br> To say the least... <br> Customer service is key, and every restaurant, fast food establishment or/and service provider should know this, especially if you as young as ChesaNyama. #BAD SERVICE MUST FALL.<br>
