Will Never Return Again!!

I had to wait nearly an hour for my order to be completed. How in the world is that considered fast food!?! The cashier kept lying to me saying 5 minutes. Then everyone disappeared to the back and I had to scream across the counter to get some sort of attention. Finally when the order is done, they didnt have any plastic bags to carry in. Apparently the manager left with the keys and she didnt bother to make sure there were enough supplies... Why am I, as a customer, forced to suffer for substandard management? Then, to top it all off, the chips were all burnt! That must have been a lil present form the staff for all my complaining. Thank you for the gift Chesanyama Hatfield, I will NEVER step foot in your establishment again. Hatfield Plaza has many other restuarant that are willing to take my money.
