WAITING 4-5 HOURS FOR NO DELIVERY!!!

Our office phoned Chesanyama Sunnyside branch early this morning (between 8 and 9am) and placed a few orders. A couple of hours later, we phoned them again and reminded them the food needs to be delivered before 1pm, otherwise the order will be sent back, as done on a previous occasion. At 12.30 we phoned again, and advised Shepherd that the delivery has still not arrived. He then advised us that the food has not been made yet, and it might only be delivered at 1.30. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED! Every time we phone Chesanyama and order food, it takes hours and hours to deliver only a handful of orders. This is UNACCEPTABLE! We have now cancelled our food order for today, and will not be ordering from you anytime soon. If you cannot offer a professional client service, then rather do not offer the option of delivery.
